Not Under Offer responds to the planned demolition of the Aylesham Centre in Peckham, and the vague, unfair proposals that risk displacing the communities and small businesses that give this place its soul.

The redevelopment plans include high-rise housing and new commercial units, with no clear assurances that existing traders will be able to return.
